The Fish Bone Event

i HATE fish bones!!! i meet ms coco for dinner and to pick up my haul from skinfood korea (that will be in another post). We ate at Crystal Jade as ms coco was going thru the braces process(poor babe... pulled out 2 teeth already and install something tat shifts the teeth to the correct location) so she can only eat mushy and soft food... sighz.... she ordered the scallop porridge and me the fish porridge.... i so so so regret ordering the fish porridge lo... initally when i started eating it... it was pretty nice and tasty... den i started on the fish... i chewed on the fish... felt no bones... down it goes den... i felt this sharp pain at the throat.... sighz... coco suggested eating more food to drinking more water to dislodge tat stupid bone... nope.. ALL tat not work... it was stubbornly lodged there.. T-T....

so we went home early (tat was the plan anyway... din wan to stay out too late), rch home... den i tried to locate tat stupid bugger... it was sharp and it was protruding out... sighz... tried to ignore the pain... din worked... complained to daddy... parents got parnoid... inisted that i go to GP or A&E... so off we went to Tan Tock Seng A & E....

sighz.... here comes the long wait... parked... registered....checked temperature....
and proceed to the payment counter 1st... -_-" hvt see doc muz pay 1st liao... the 1st doc poked aro my mouth to hunt for the tiny fishbone... she say cant see... send me for x-ray.... waited again.... 2nd doc looked at the x-ray and say also cant see... and proceeded to poke aro my mouth again... -_-".... still cant find... she say muz be either damn tiny or lodged from far down my throat.... sending me to the throat specialist... T-T... sighz.... waited AGAIN... this was the longest wait... tink the doc was busy elsewhere... he appeared... sent into the room.... again he viewed the x-ray... i tried to tell him where it was.... but cant really talk well... cos... i tink the bone slide further into my throat... and it was very uncomfortable and there was sharp pain whenever i tried to talk.... he used a very bright light to shine down my throat... used a metal thingie to press down my tongue... T-T and use a bigger version of a tweenzer and started the hunt for the elusive fishbone... after 2 tries.... he found it!!! i was like an idiot.. damn happy... kept clapping my hands... -_-"... doc smiled and asked me.... u wan to keep the bone as a souvenir??? -_-" cute rite... *btw the doc was pretty hot looking... :x* i replied... noooooooooooooooooooo .... my dad was like grinning away... hahahaha

the doc went on to tell us tat it was a sharp sharp fishbone and most prob normal GPs may not be able to locate it without the right equipment...

i went home damn relief lo... cos thru out the wait... i was actually shivering... cos i was damn worried abt the stupid bugger... sighz...
